If you have concerns about unresolved earthquake damage and require independent engineering reporting, get in touch via [email protected]. The following options are available if you need documents to support an NHC claim review process:Option 1 – Statement of Damage Form
• An assessment will be scheduled and will require approximately 1-2 hours on-site.
• The NHC Contractor Statement of Damage Form will be completed along with a basic level survey plan if needed.
• Cost from $1000 + GSTOption 2 – Earthquake Damage Assessment & Reinstatement
• A comprehensive structural assessment will be scheduled and will require approximately 3-5 hours on-site. This assessment will include a review of the property’s history, property file, and full NHC records.
• The Earthquake Damage Assessment & Reinstatement will be completed following the Engineering New Zealand reporting framework.
• Cost from $7,000 + GST

Process:
1) Discuss the project brief and provide a proposal. Proceed if accepted.2) Complete Structural Design and Documentation (including drawings, specifications, PS1, and RFIs) for consent and construction.3) Conduct Construction Monitoring and provide Documentation (including site instruction reports and PS4) to ensure the design is properly implemented during construction.
